I am Lorna Bukasa
I’m a counselor and a facilitator. I talk to people all day long, yet, by nature, I’m still an introvert who has struggled with some level of shyness all my life. So, I know it’s not always easy to fit in and know others.
It can be a challenge to form genuine friendships with other believers.
Belonging has always been something I searched for. There were times when I felt like I knew where I fit in, and plenty of times I didn’t. I’m sure you’ve had your moments too.
Even with many well-intentioned churches, you can feel unseen, left out and underutilized. Even though we’re one body of Christ, we can still find ourselves feeling isolated and yes, lonely at times.
But now, through the GLU VILLAGE - our online community, the goal is to make belonging, and finding your place, in the body of Christ, a little bit easier.
